Storage Options

All payments are made via automatic monthly ACH payment processing or automatic monthly credit card payments.  Prepaid amounts can be paid via ACH payment or on a credit card.  

If for some reason a payment does not process successfully, a 5% late fee will be assessed.

We do not offer any type of prorated rental rates if you move out before the end of the month.

Written 14 day move out notice is required to be emailed to makostorage25@gmail.com.    Include unit number and date of intended move out.  We will respond via email of receipt. 

Be sure to empty and broom clean your unit.   Leave both doors closed.   Turn off the heat/air.
